The Residence has 8 comfortable apartments, each characterised by colour and as follows: 3 studio apartments (yellow, green and blue) for 2/4 people, 3 one bedroom apartments (pink, peach and brick coloured) for 4/6 people and 2 attic apartments, one for max. 6 people and the other for 2 people. All are furnished with kitchenette, microwave oven, Italian coffee pot, refrigerator, spacious bathroom with shower, (the one bedroom apartments have an additional bathroom with bathtub), washing machine, colour TV, wireless internet connection and independent heating. The apartments are also equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, small cups, towels, linens, ironing board and iron. Also there is an: elevator, stairlift for the disabled and a garage, and the small animals are accepted. It is also possible to book, upon request, half board or full board (drinks not included); however, breakfast service is not available.
