The prices are the maximum applicable rates and are prices per day, per apartment, and not as prices per person.
- Check in is an open arrival policy, but in case of eventual delays, telephone notice is appreciated.
- Check out is by 10:00 in the morning.
- It is possible to bring small animals.
- The deposit is equal to 25% of the total amount for stays exceeding 3 nights.
- Half board or full board, if requested: € 10,00 per meal, drinks not included.
- Garage (if available) € 5,00 per day ask with booking.
- Children under 6 are free.
- Discount: 10% of the total amount for stays exceeding 8 nights.
- Discount for all clients - 10% discount at our pizzeria-restaurant.
- Electricity, water, gas and final cleaning expenses are included in the price.

With respect to other people’s property, it would be appreciated if the apartments were left in a similar condition to those in which they were found.
