On the ground floor of the building our guests can enjoy the typical flavours of the area in a restaurant featuring locally sourced products.

The nearest public beach is 300 m away and can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.

The structure consists of apartments divided into 5 types each with its own characteristics. Arranged on four levels, they can be reached first by means of a stairlift (for people with walking difficulties, families with pushchairs, suitcases, etc) up to the first floor and then by lift to the top floor.
